Jesus is ...

Who is Jesus? A Prophet, good man, Messiah, God in the flesh? Who did Jesus say He was? This week we will be talking about all the names and attributes of Jesus Christ. This is a tremendously important question because if Jesus is who He says He is, there are incredible implications for us today.

Isaiah 9:6 (NIV) For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Field Trip to Epic Church

This week we will be taking a field trip to Epic Church (which meets at the Regal Cinemas), for the 10:30 service, followed by lunch on us, and then back to the Cinema to watch the 12:50 pm showing of The Shack. There is the option of coming for just the service or just the movie, or both.

The Shack - "Fantastic movie. definitely the best movie I've seen in years. The entire theater was silent and in tears when the movie ended. Simply breathtaking and beautiful. A must see

The Struggle with Sin

Have you ever been so frustrated with yourself because you find yourself repeating old patterns and habits over and over again, seemingly powerless to overcome these destructive thoughts and behaviors? The guilt and shame drives you into this perpetual trap that appears to never ends exhausting you and robing you of your joy. This week we talk about how to get out of that trap and to find freedom.

“Sin will take you farther than you want to go and will keep you longer than you wanted to stay.”

Extravagant Grace

As a follow up to last weeks message on the Struggle with Sin, this week, leading up Easter we will be talking about God's marvelous, extravagant, unending grace. It's a grace that transforms us and frees us from all of our hurts, hang ups and habits.
